Team Coaching

Team Coaching engagements are for teams, groups, or individuals with similar roles within the same organization. So we might work with all of your sales department or everyone from a regional office or the executive leadership group at your company’s headquarters.

  • Level up the leadership skills of your team with a 6-month sprint followed by monthly check-ins. Each team member will create a personalized development plan with coaching from a Cleaver coach.

  • Do you have interpersonal issues inhibiting your team’s effectiveness and success? This coaching experience takes these issues head-on with a high degree of support and challenge so your team can get back to winning.

Individual Coaching

Individual Coaching engagements are for any professional looking to create a plan for their next phase of development and a partner to help them implement that plan into the regular rhythms of their life. Group Coaching

Group Coaching engagements are individuals coming together from different organizations that are in similar roles, stages in their careers, or levels of expertise. Our group coaching cohorts are raw, unfiltered, and only for leaders who are serious about putting in the work to grow their businesses and advance their careers.

  • Monthly group call for leaders who have outgrown the “new leader” title but aren’t yet in senior leadership.

  • Gather bi-monthly with other C-suite leaders for raw, unfiltered discussions to solve complex issues facing organizations every day.

  • Our Immunity to Change certified coaches take groups through 12-week sprints and quarterly check-ins to break down the barriers that keep us from growing through change.
