The Cleaver DISC & Motivating Values Assessment

Each report begins with the basics of DISC:

1. Dominance: How we deal wth PROBLEMS.

2. Influence: How we deal with PEOPLE

3. Steadiness: How we deal with PACE.

4. Compliance: How we deal with PROCEDURE.

The next step of the report is to show the individual their pattern title, where their pattern falls on the DISC grid, and outline some possible behavioral tendencies based on their DISC Profile. The purpose of this text is not to list behaviors that have the potential to surface based on their DISC Pattern.

This page includes three different versions of the individual's DISC pattern. The Latent (orange) pattern shows the individual in their least edited state. The Motivated (teal) pattern shows the individual under pressure to perform and succeed. The Total (blue) pattern shows the average of the Motivated and Latent patterns.

This page combines the individual's DISC assessment with a separate assessment in which the supervisor answers questions to determine the behavioral expectations of the role. Once complete, this page will compare (1) the individual's DISC pattern to (2) the supervisor’s expectations of the role alongside the (3) individual's expectations of the role. The result is a validated assessment that arms both parties with knowledge of how much change the individual will need to undergo to meet the behavioral requirements of the role.

This page shows a list of behaviors that are the result of different combinations within the individual's DISC pattern. The larger the number next to the behavior listed, the more noticeable that behavior will be when the individual is at work. The left side of the page shows behaviors necessary for success in the role, and the right side shows behaviors present in the individual's DISC pattern.

The Cleaver Company believes that three main factors modify behavior: education, experience, and motivating values. This portion of the assessment shows where the individual receives their greatest motivation, and also provides insight to the manager on ways to help ensure their individual is energized in their role.

This page of the report provides actionable development insights the manager and individual can use to continue growth and development beyond this initial report. The WANTS show possibilities to reach their full potential. The NEEDS shows the basic requirements for the individual to be successful in the role. The CHALLENGES detail a few potential pitfalls the individual may experience based on their DISC pattern.
