Work with your Cleaver Coach to customize the skills and categories in your assessment so that your team is getting feedback on the skills that matter most to the success of your organization.

Collect Feedback

Build out rosters of people who will give the most insightful and impactful feedback for your team. Then our platform provides a seamless experience to collect the feedback that will drive growth and development for your people.

Implement Insights

Once the feedback has been collected, each individual will receive a report with their ratings, comments, and recommendations. They will then begin working with a Cleaver Coach to implement these insights into an ongoing development plan.

Take a look inside the report

360 Results Summary

We begin the report with a quick summary page of the overall score from the different categories, highest-ranked skills, and lowest-ranked skills. While all the feedback in the report is anonymous, we use this page to show the range of rankings so that individuals can begin to spot gaps and themes based on the groups of people who participated in the rating. This page is a quick view to provide immediate, high-level insight.

Skill Rating Overview

This page drills down deeper into the summary of results by giving the individual a glimpse into the range of ratings for each skill in the report. Much of the ongoing coaching and development centers around the insights from this page as it provides the participant with gaps or similarities between how they see themselves and how others see them in each of the different skills.

Skill Ratings, Comments, and Recommendations

The bulk of the report breaks down each skill and provides the range of scores from the different rater groups as well as the comments and recommendations listed anonymously. There is also an opportunity in our 360 (if you choose) to include more open-ended feedback with no rating attached such as “what is this person’s superpower” and “what is this person’s most significant growth opportunity.”

Feedback that drives development and results.

Each 360 is completely customizable, includes coaching and feedback from a Cleaver Coach, and links to a development plan for ongoing support and growth.
